Clay Stabilizer Enviroseal LBS™

Clay Stabilizer “LBS™” stands for “Liquid Base Stabilizer”, and it does just what the name implies. It reduces plasticity in clay and lime bearing soils to a point that the soil becomes stabile. Clay Stabilizer LBS™ can be used in all climates, applied at temperatures over 32 f / 0 c. We have special blends that work in the rain forests with soil moisture over 50%, to the steps of China where we work equally well with soil moisture near 0%. LBS™ has unlimited shelf life. LBS™ removes the possibility of these treated soils from absorbing moisture. Thus providing a stabile road base; one that can support the heaviest of traffic conditions in a matter of hours. Surfacing / Sealing should be completed with Enviroseal 2001™ or LDC™ for a more natural look.  This Enviroseal road building technique offers the user a 50% to 80% savings over conventional construction methods.

Liquid Dust Control Enviroseal LDC PLUS 12™

Liquid Dust Control LDC +12™ is An acrylic blended polymeric product that is diluted with available water up to 10:1, provides long term dust control in mines, dirt roads, agriculture or farm roads, stockpiled material, or haul roads. LDC +12™ has been successfully used throughout the world. We recently discovered a remarkable new wetting agent that allows LDC +12™ to penetrate in dry soils up to 12 cm about 6″ We call this product Durawet™. Farm roads, our dust prevention has been proven increase the crop production by as much as 30%, simply by letting the leaves on the plants get full access to the sun and rain without dust’s coating effects. It should be noted that after repeated applications a hardened surface will appear. LDC+12™ is an environmentally safe, low cost chemical solution which is mixed with water and applied to soil with results of up to 100% dust control and elimination of problems associated with soil and wind erosion. As a barrier against moisture, LDC+12™ is so effective that when used in sufficient concentration, it forms an impenetrable liner. This liner can be used for a pond or chemical pit to prevent seepage into the ground water supply. When sprayed on embankments, LDC+12™ will control erosion due from rain and wind. Because of it’s chemical resistance, to toxic wastes, it has been found to be excellent for use in landfills, brown fields and retention ponds. For extra UV protection we add a superior UV filter that increases the longevity at least 2 fold over the natural ability of our proprietary blended acrylic compounds. Soil Stabilizer Enviroseal M10+50™

Soil Stabilizer M10+50™ is a 100% ACRYLIC LIQUID POLYMER SOIL MODIFIER. M10+50™ modifier is an all acrylic, Re-dispersible LIQUID soil stabilizer designed to improve the performance of soils. By incorporating this polymer modifier can attain the dramatic improvements in adhesion, abrasion resistance, flexural strength, and exterior durability that are associated with acrylics. They also get the convenience and cost effectiveness of a one-pack system.

M10+50™ is supplied as a LIQUID, which soils engineers, can blend directly with aggregate, soil and other formulation aids to form a “one-pack” system. One-component systems reduce environmental waste (used containers) and lower the shipping and packaging costs. All the end user must do in the field is adding water and mix. Performance Advantages
The key performance advantages of M10+50™are its improved wet adhesion, mechanical strengths, and superior weatherability. These performance advantages make M10+50™ an ideal polymer to use in exterior applications or applications where water resistance is critical. M10+50™ has shown excellent compatibility and performance in fast setting soil stabilization. Soils may be used as soon as the final compaction criteria are met.

Exterior Durability:
M10+50™ is more resistant to weathering than other stabilizers using modifiers based on other chemistries. As is typical of 100% co-polymers, M10+50™ is highly resistant to the effects of ultraviolet radiation. Over 20 years of exterior exposure on soils modified with 100% acrylic polymers show the superior performance advantages of all acrylic, and acrylic modified stabilizers over that of non-acrylic polymers.

Adhesion and Toughness Soils:
Prepared with M10+50™ polymers show excellent adhesion, as well as thin section toughness. Superior adhesion is observed on a variety of substrates including concrete, metal, gypsum sheathing, cement board, masonry and polystyrene insulation board. Workability consistency longer without a false set even at elevated temperatures.

Storage and Handling:
M10+50™ is a stabile inorganic compound, thermoplastic polymer and ideally should be stored at room temperatures between -20 f to 125 f. Prolonged storage at temperatures above 140°F should be avoided; care should be taken to limit stacking of pallets more than (2) two high. The M10+50™ will be shipped in poly drums with a maximum capacity of 490 pounds (222.64 kg) tare weight. And shrink-wrapped four to the pallet

General Information:
M10+50™ is designed to be added directly to the soil mix. This free flowing acrylic LIQUID disperses readily through the soil without special treatment. Adding water to the M10+50™ then mixing it in with a soil stabilizer machine activates the M10+50™. The amount of modifier employed depends on both the end use of the soil and the combination of any other ingredients in the soil mix. The soils engineer can achieve the best balance of properties at 0.075 % to 2.5% polymer modification on soil by weight. The water addition should be, depending on ambient weather conditions approximately one to one and one half percent above optimum moisture. This allows a proper moisture increase so that finish grading and compaction should be in line with the requirements as specified with the soils engineer without having to add additional water.

These sheets contain pertinent information that you may need to protect your employees and customers against any known health or safety hazards associated with our products. Toxicity screening tests conducted with closely related analogs of M10+50™ suggest that this product should be essentially non-toxic by single acute oral or dermal exposure and that it may be a mild skin and eye irritant. Components of SOIL used in conjunction with M10+50™ may also possess significant skin and eye irritation potential. As is typical when working with all chemical LIQUIDS, ensure that adequate DERMAL protection measures are taken. Please refer to the MSDS for more specific protection measures. LAS-320 Asphalt Sealer

ENVIROSEAL LAS-320™ asphalt sealer is not a petroleum based product. This high quality black asphalt sealer is EPA approved with very low VOC’s. LAS-320™ was developed for today’s ecological/green building needs. This asphalt sealer was put through exhaustive weathering tests including successful freeze-thaw tests by McGuire AFB in New Jersey. We have proven through these test applications that we can offer an incredibly strong and environmentally friendly asphalt sealer. DurasealZERO Sealer

DURASEALZero™ is a state-of-the-art, industrial strength proprietary formulation that coats concrete with a chemically bonded acrylic film that deepens colors and enhances the look of pigmented or decorative concrete. It contains no solvents and its V.O.C. (Volatile Organic Content) is Zero as determined by independent laboratory testing done in accordance with EPA Method 24. DURASEALZero™ is suitable for application to above grade, dense or porous masonry surfaces, for new or old concrete and can be applied to both dry and slightly damp surfaces.
